My rework to this rework would be let the hipfire be togglable. I can either have my arm behind the shield or toggle and hipfire. This to me is a good rework. Keep the reload behind the shield because if I am reloading as a shield I am left extremely exposed, especially Monty. So that's the only thing they got right in the whole "rework".
